Les recuerdo que, conforme al Reglamento general de suministro, comercialización y agregación de energía eléctrica (Real Decreto 88/2026, de 11 de febrero), cualquier penalización por baja anticipada de un contrato con permanencia debe limitarse al 5 % del valor de la energía estimada pendiente de suministro. Esta solicitud de baja se refiere exclusivamente al contrato de suministro; si tengo contratado por separado algún servicio de mantenimiento u otro producto adicional, ruego me confirmen que dicho servicio requiere una cancelación independiente y me indiquen el procedimiento para tramitarla.
La presente comunicación es fehaciente y suficiente por sí misma para surtir plenos efectos, sin que su validez quede condicionada a ninguna confirmación telefónica. Solicito que toda gestión relativa a esta solicitud se realice exclusivamente por escrito (correo postal o electrónico) y no autorizo llamadas comerciales ni de retención.
