Esta solicitud de baja se refiere exclusivamente al contrato de suministro; si tengo contratado por separado algún servicio de mantenimiento u otro producto adicional, ruego me confirmen que dicho servicio requiere una cancelación independiente y me indiquen el procedimiento para tramitarla.
La presente comunicación es fehaciente y suficiente por sí misma para surtir plenos efectos, sin que su validez quede condicionada a ninguna confirmación telefónica.
