Good to know about Avatel: At Avatel the minimum term depends on the tariff: if your commitment has already ended or you never had one, you can cancel whenever you want, but if you are still under a minimum term you must pay the proportional share of the remaining months. At its physical shops, or by email at info@avatel.es, there is also a customer area and the Avatel Móvil app. By law it must take effect within a maximum of 2 business days. You will have to return the loaned equipment (according to sources, within roughly 15 days), as failure to return it may lead to a charge under the contract. If they raise the price unilaterally you may cancel without penalty. Keep the case number (número de expediente) and proof of the request.
